Please follow our RETURNS guidelines. Our policies are strict to ensure the health and safety of ALL of our customers :

1. Product MUST be unopened.

2. Product must be in original condition and packaging. No bent or crumpled boxes!

3. Lingerie, items of clothing, and body jewelry are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. A limit of 3 returns per month. This is to eliminate fraudulent transactions and to keep the prices at FA reasonable!

5. All claims for delivery shortages must be reported to FromAphrodite.com within 5 days of the delivery date.

6. FromAphrodite.com can not be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.

7. All packages returned to us as “unclaimed” will be subject to an additional shipping charge before being reshipped.
