If you do not provide us with the ALL the REQUIRED information your order will NOT be processed.

Order Cancellations: You can only cancel your order 24 hours after your order is accepted.
To cancel your order, you will need to send an email to orders@FromAphrodite with your order number and full name in the message body.

4% Cancellation Fee
Please note that if you placed an order and we charged your credit card and you decide to cancel your order, we will be charging a 4% Cancellation Fee. Your Credit Card will be refunded, minus 4% of the total amount charged. This is to cover the fee that is charged to us when we process your order with Visa or Mastercard.

Checking Information
If your billing and shipping addresses are different, FromAphrodite.com reserves the right to request personal identification from the customer in order to verify the authenticity of the order. If we feel that something is suspicious, we may or may not ask the customer to send their identification either in the form of a scanned image or by FAX. We also reserve the right to deny orders that may seem to be fraudulent. Personal Identification includes Passport, Driver's License, Scanned Image or Fax of Credit Card, and/or Photo Identification. Specifics will be detailed in an email which will be sent to the customer.
